No. A private pilot license does not qualify you to be paid to fly. You can carry passengers or friends, but they cannot pay you to fly. Splitting expenses is acceptable, but this license is for your personal use and enjoyment.
In accordance with the FAA requirements for Private Pilot License, students are required to have a minimum of 35 hours along with the ability to pass an FAA checkride. You will learn in a fun and welcoming environment for about two to three months if, for example, you’re training four or more days a week. However, the national average is about 50-60 hours of training.
